Hi Team,
When we launch OS updates for our fleet devices many of them shutdown during the reboot portion at the end of the update. Causing these remote devices to go hard offline until we can get a resource onsite to manually power the device back on. This is counter to our understanding of the OS update process. Can we get some assistance in tracking down the root of this issue.
