Not able to connect through VPN

Hello, several weeks ago I tested balena hub at home and it worked perfectly.
Now I’ve moved the raspberry pi into the secondary school network (I’m a computer teacher) and it works but I’m not able to connect from the outside network through the VPN.
I’m sure it’s due to the security restrictions of the school network, but in order to talk with the network administrators I would need to know which ports should be open in order the VPN worked.
I attach a pair of pictures of the current situation.

Hello @joaquin it looks like the network configuration doesn’t allow your device to get connected to cloudlink (vpn) as a firewall might be blocking the VPN traffic.

Could you please check that?

Hi,
In case you hadn’t found it yet, the Network requirements according to the docs.
If you need the full domains, I think OpenBalena shares the same subdomains? (Though Cloud uses cloudlink instead of vpn as mentioned here)
