Currently, when I try to see logs in the dashboard it just indefinitely shows “Loading logs…”.
When I try to get them via command line, the following error is shown:
PubNub call failed, check status for details

I do not know which or how to check the status. Is this a problem with our devices? Could you help me debug it? It occurs on all our devices and a reboot does not fix it. Is it a problem on resins side?

Hi @Tschebbischeff. Yes, we’re currently experiencing problems with logging, due to upstream issues with PubNub: http://uptime.pubnub.com/. This is temporary, but they’re investigating, and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I see now which status was meant in the command line.
I actually checked that before and it was all green, thats why I wondered if it might be an error with our devices. I guess my timing just sucks
