Is there a full list of BalenaOS configuration variables anywhere?

I have been trying to fix a problem on my Raspberry pi 4 with balenaSound but I noticed that there are some variables that aren’t listed here. Does anybody know where I can find a complete list?

It would help us if you could share your problem in orther to understand how to improve the documentation. Can we ask what is the problem you are trying to solve?
