For some reason I cannot access dashboard.balena-cloud.com. Tried it from multiple devices and even from mobile network.
Tried going to balena,io and logging in from there, same issue.
Is something going on? Does not appear just to be my network.
Any suggestions welcome!

Thanks for reporting this. However, all systems seem to be up and running properly, and we haven’t had more issues around this.
Could you give us more details about your access attempts so we can investigate? It’d be useful to have things like browser, DNS server, time and date of access… It seems to be external to balena, but worth taking a look.

Also, it came to my mind that your problem is that you can’t login, but the login page is served. Is this right?
I am also having this issue. I can not log into the balena cloud dashboard. I am only receiving the “we are offline trying to reconnect” message.
This happens from my cell phone on an edge browser via cell or wifi connection…

If you could help us answer some questions to narrow down the issue…
- Could you check if cleaning the cache solves the issue? Is it still happening?
- Are you logging in with username/password? Google SignIn? GitHub?
- In what region are you?
This is very far from happening to everyone, so we are trying to figure out the source of the issue.

tldr; was cookie issue, delete dashboard.balena-cloud.com cookies in your browser
details:
Login page was never served.
Clearing cache made no difference.
Network access was OK, as a balena page was shown.
I tried a device which had never logged into balena and it worked.
That pointed to cookies, so I deleted all balena cookies, and was immediately was able to login.
So something was weird with the cookies as the problem occurred on two different devices, OS, and networks.
