Hello guys, no change in network or hardwares (switches, ap…) and working fine 45 days straight my pi5 stop to connect to cloudlink…just showing heartbeat. Anyone knows what could be?
Hello, it’s possible that can occur briefly during an update to our Cloudlink system or due to any temporary network instability between your device and the balena servers. There could also be a known incident which you can check on our status page: https://status.balena.io/
Has your Pi 5 reconnected?
We have been seeing this too today. Strange thing is the actual cloudlink connection appears to be fine.
(Ping is me verifying the tunnel)
At this stage we have multiple fleet members that have been “cloudlink down” for 15 minutes. Some devices that also flapped. It appears that many devices experienced a TCP interruption (over multiple ISPs) as reported by OpenVPN at the same time, most reconnected within a couple minutes however some reconnected but were still reported as down.
Perhaps the balena status checker process (I assume exists) is running slow? Or broken.
