Reduced Functionality

Since last Thursday, the several devices in my fleet have turned into “Reduced Functionality” but their services works fine and able to logged in from Dashboad.

According to the document, it may be due to “missing recent Heartbeat API communications”

This phenomena continues after rebooting the device.

Are there any solution?

Could you please confirm if you have problems with Heartbeat API communications or the lack of connection to Cloudlink?

By checking the dashboard now, the phenomena have been resolved.
I do not know why it happened and recovered.


At that time, the problem was Heartbeat API communications.
Heartbeat was red and Cloudlink was green.
