i am using arm64 installer version
was I supposed to download the live version of kali linux?? or is this fine? please help

Hi there, could you provide the version of balenaEtcher and the version of Windows you are using?

Do other USB drives fail to flash as well, or is it only this one? Also from your logs it looks like you are flashing the amd64 version of Kali Linux, not arm64 but neither of them should have any issues at the flashing stage.
