Fin hangs at Balena splash screen (2.29.2 rev2)

I flashed the latest image (2.29.2 rev2) to USB and booted a new Fin board with it. I get the Fin splash screen, but it never appears on the dashboard as expected.

Even using ESC doesn’t let me out of the splash screen. i had a cellular modem in there, which I’ve disconnected and have the same problem. Any ideas?

Odd, it took a long time and then came up with an old version of the supervisor and Host OS?
