Etcher can't perceives usb drive

when I try to flash ubuntu on my removable disk it doesn’t perceives that. what should i do?

Could you please tell us:

• Etcher version you’re running
• OS type and version (e.g. ubuntu 14.04)
• Output of the devtools console (ctrl + shift + i then focus the Console tab, copy+paste here)
