"Error opening source" when flashing balenaOS for Raspberry Pi 5

While trying to start the flashing process of BalenaOS on Raspberry Pi 5 I get the following error:

The manual download of the image works and flash it I get an error during the verification steps.

Hello @ruti could you please share more details? What Etcher version are you sharing?

In addition, could you please open the Browser Console and check the errors there and share more?

this issue now is blocking us from using balena.
we cannot flash new devices anymore.
we try to flash the newest balenaOS on rasp4 and rasp 5 and both don’t work.
