Downgrade BalenaOS

Good morning,

There’s some specific wording in this thread about not supporting self-serve, though not sure what that is, which leaves some interpretation for it being possible to downgrade BalenaOS versions.

Could we get confirmation, or otherwise, that there is no way for us to downgrade BalenaOS versions once out in the field short of physically retrieving them and reflashing?
