We would like to let you know that a fix for the issue of the device staying inactive when there is no VPN connection even if the device’s supervisor is able to connect to our backend has been released to production.
More specifically, devices whose supervisor is able to reach our backend will now properly stop showing as inactive, even if the VPN is disabled or not able to connect. As a result the state of such devices will now represented more accurately, making it easier to identify them and further debug them.
