Can't select target so I can't flash

I’ve downloaded tails, and Etcher-Portable.exe.
I click ‘select target’ and my USB disk 2.0 USB device shows-this screen:

I can’t select the target no matter what I do so I can flash. If I could get past this step, I think I’d be OK. Installing on Windows 10 using Chrome. HELP!!

Hi there,
just to make clear, when you click on the top left to select the checkbox, nothing happens? If so, could you please try to open the console and check if there are any errors ? (to open the console: Shift + CTRL + J OR Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools> Developer Tools). This would help us a lot to understand if something unexpected is happening. Also, may I ask you what Etcher version are you running ?
