According to github there is a new release, however I can’t seem to download it via the release page. Is there going to be a binary release available soon?

This is on the roadmap for sure, I just haven’t gotten to it yet. You can follow this issue here or just watch the repo for new releases.

I think I will manually create a release with binaries for v18.9.6 sometime this week (if not today) since moving balenaEngine from travis to our own infrastructure in order to automate the process will have to wait a bit…
