Hey there! We believe that this is an issue that is related to the type of device you are using.
The RPi3B revision 1.1 or 1.2 seems to have some interference between the Wifi and the Bluetooth.
We are working on a resolution for that with our devices team and for now, there is a workaround you can use to avoid this issue.
You will need to reflash your device with a new image, and specifically the version 2.38.0 .
You have to follow the following steps:
- add a new device at your app
- under select version click the “show updated versions” option and select v2.38.0+rev1
- reflash your SD card
Please confirm that this is the device you use - RPi3B revision 1.1 or 1.2?
