balenaEtcher doesn't load

I downloaded latest version of portable etcher today and when i open it with or without admin privileges it doesn’t load the gui.

Would you mind trying with an older version (like v1.5.81 ) and let us know if it works out? you can find them here: https://github.com/balena-io/etcher/releases
If it works, maybe is the installer broken for some reason.

Portable 1.5.86 works for me.

Can you tell use what you see from the Electron console (CTRL + SHIFT +i) and tell us which version of Windows you’re using (32 or 64 bits)?

My windows is 64bit with the may update and here’s the console log:
