Unik, are you also running Etcher on a Linux variant?
Another user on Linux reported a similar issue and here’s the resolution of it:
AppImage Launcher was the problem in this previous case. Maybe you guys are having a similar issue. Could you please follow the steps in the linked forum and see if this is resolved?
