I created years ago my personal account on BalenaCloud with my google email but not with the process “log in with google”.
I clicked by mistake recently on “log in with google” and it create a new account with no possibility to delete it and restore the correct account connection.
How can it possible to restore access to my dashboard ?
Hello, are you able to “Sign out” of the new account (using the dropdown in the upper right) and then log in to your former one?

I am able to “sign out”. I can’t log in to my original account because I forgot it password and I need to process a demand for a new password…
When I ask for a new password, the platform send me a password reinit for the google connected account. I can’t delete this last one because it asked for a password for deleting, but the interface send an error when I submit it.
When you click on “forgot password” is it not allowing you to enter the e-mail address of the original account? Perhaps you can try on a different browser in which you have never used the new Google-connected account? Also, can you provide more details about the error you’re seeing, such as the URL and/or a screenshot so we can take a look into that?
