Balena Fail Validating

Hello Guys
I have a problem (i use win10 64) i wanna flash raspberry pi (8.8gb file size) on my 8gb sandisk sdcard i unzip the file load the *.img into etcher select target sdhc card. hit the flash button n agree its flashing takes about 2minutes done now the validating starts n at 21% etcher say flash failed.

Hey there @Baby01 welcome to the forums.

If the validation step fails it means that Etcher was unable to confirm that what is being read back from the SD card matches what was written to it from the image. This could be an early indicator of a faulty SD card. In that case I’d recommend trying an alternative one or an alternative SD card reader/writer as well.

The validation step is a very cool feature within Etcher that can save you from worse problems down the line as a slightly corrupted card can cause all sorts of strange issues!
