Balena devices operate reliably in China, Russia, Kazakstan, etc as of 2022?

Our business has potential customers all over the world but understand from these forums that some countries do not have reliable Balena cloud to device connectivity (aka Great Firewall of China).

Does anyone have knowledge of current state of operating a Balena fleet in 2022 within one of these countries? Feel free to add on additional countries with confirmation or known challenges.

Hi,
we don’t block any regions intentionally, however connectivity from in some locations may be limited due to government blocking, and it’s possible other countries have similar restrictions that they enforce
balena however doesn’t impose any additional restrictions from our side. We have some devices running in all the mentioned countries running at the moment.
