I have a balena beacon tracking software running on my raspberry pi 4. I have a time issue where by the update time every 30 seconds when scanning the beacon tag on my balena cloud dash board is approx 2 hours behind the real time on my laptop. Also sometimes the 30 second count down hangs up. The pi 4 is connected to my router via a network cable with fast internet so its not a connection issue. I want to deploy this project in a furniture factory with many scanners so I need your expert help. Thank you.

On the other hand, you say that the dashboard goes 2 hours late, that means you are not loosing any data? it’s just delayed?
Hi mpous, thanks for your reply, OS version is 5.0.1. From the balena cloud summary I click on the public device url which takes me to the balena locating dash board which than starts scanning the ble tags nearby and gives location and time the tags were detected so this is where the time is showing 2 hours behind, i.e the computer time is showing 12pm and the tag scanned time is showing 10am on the dashboard list. I think its using utc time and I am in South Africa so it is GMT +2. So not loosing any data just time shows 2 hours behind.
