Dashboard incorrect timezone

Does anyone have a problem setting up time zones or is it just me? Various emails to Balena on this issue I have goes unanswered…I have many clients who want to deploy Balena dashboard for ble asset tracking but cannot cause of this issue. Not sure why is Balena Engineers not able to resolve this??? Or maybe they just not interested in more paying clients on their platform?

Hi Firdosh, Yes I have the same problem and it seems like Balena is unable to resolve this issue or they just not interested in clients outside of the UTC time zone. I do not believe they cannot resolve this issue which should be a simple fix for their engineers. Not worth moving on to their paid platform if this is the case.

We have to look at another better dashboard and cloud service provider who listens to our problems.

Hello @firdoshdiakus apologizes for the delay answering this as I was on leave. The recommendation is always to write public messages so the balena engineers can reply the messages.

BTW what timezone are you using or you would like to see? Thanks
