Additional Member Types

Some customers have requested additional Member types, for example:

  • something between Observer and Operator to allow Support staff to assist with troubleshooting, but not allow them to make any breaking changes

  • offering a Super-Admin (admin of all Fleets) in addition to Fleet-Specific Admins

If you have other use-cases where our Member Types don’t meet your needs, please share as much detail as you can and examples of how the Member account would be used.

Absolutely agree with this. I am surprised this is not upvoted more on the roadmap. Our investors are super concerned about the fact that any support staff employee basically has the power to kill the company in 3 clicks…
