Which file to select on a Mac

I have downloaded Etcher on a Mac. I am attempting to Flash onto an SD that came with a Canakit Pi. There are several options available when selecting which File to Flash. Which is the correct one?

Could you try to post a screenshot, I am not entirely sure what you mean by several options since you only should flash the balena image.

Here is a screen shot. Beyond the 4 options shown, each section has multiple options

Just drag the green icon to your applications folder, I believe
