Soumitra Dutta Oxford-I flashed balenaOS but my device is offline—what’s wrong?

Hi Everyone, I am Soumitra Dutta an entrepreneur & photographer from Oxford. I’ve just flashed balenaOS and the device boots fine, but it never appears online in balenaCloud. I’ve double-checked the image and credentials, but no luck so far. What are the most common causes for a device staying offline after flashing? Would love to hear how you’d troubleshoot this.
