Hello forum.
This morning I noticed one of our remote devices having been Online (VPN only) for a few hours. After asking the customer to do a power cycle the problem persisted. Not knowing what else to do I opted for an OS update and pinned it to the latest OS (v2.108.18) and at the same time I decided to update the supervisor too (v 14.6.2 from 14.4.8). I left it and it looked like the OS was upgraded and when it got to the supervisor, it’s been stuck on “Running supervisor update” for the last 12 hours or so. Asked them to power cycle again, no change.
When I open my only running container I see this constantly repeating:
Connecting to e2d4a33xxx...
Spawning shell...
sh: line 1: F: command not found
Error: No such container: /bin/sh
Error: No such container: bash
SSH session disconnected
SSH reconnecting...
Spawning shell...
sh: line 1: F: command not found
Error: No such container: /bin/sh
Error: No such container: bash
SSH session disconnected
SSH reconnecting...
Spawning shell...
I do have access to the Host OS SSH, so I hope there’ still some way to get it fixed, since it’s a 700km drive.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
