Router settings (Firewall, …)

Hi

My Intel NUCs are usually connected to a HUAWEI B315 Router via Ethernet. The Router has a 4G SIM Card installed. Everything is working as expected:

  • Status is online in the dashboard
  • I can access my NUC through the public device url
  • When I’m connected to the WLAN of the Router I can access the same page using hostname.local

I now wanted to switch to a smaller industrial router from RUT240 from teltonika (RUT240 - 4G / LTE-WLAN-Router | Teltonika Networks)
Unfortunately it does not work out of the box:

  • Status is heartbeat only
  • I cannot access my NUC through the public device url
  • When I’m connected to the WLAN of the Router I cannot access the same page using hostname.local

I assume the industrial has more strict basic settings that I need to allow/activate

Any ideas which settings/ports/… is required for balena devices?
