RMA? Non-Functional SIM slot

Hi, we recently ordered 2 Fin starter kits. We’ve been pretty happy with them, except one of them does not recognize any SIM card inserted into the SIM slot. The same modem and SIM cards work in the other Fin we received. Looking at the SIM slot on the problem board it appears to be raised up from the board on one side. Cellular connectivity is critical for our application. How do I go about requesting an RMA replacement?
