I recently bought a raspberry pi 4 , and i tried to run a minecraft server with balena, but java keeps crashing. I run memtestes (after lots of googling) and it shows failure on the tests.

What could i do?
A failed memtest almost certainly indicates a bad Raspberry Pi. Unless someone here knows why that would fail erroneously, I suggest you have the board replaced.
I would concur with @koyaanisqatsi. I would also re-flash the SD Card after the Pi is replaced, and start over, as there is no telling what could have been erroneously written into the Minecraft container at this point.
