Poe+ hat fan not spinning

Hello,

I would like to ask for your help with getting the poe+ hat fan to work. It works with the official raspberry pi OS but I can’t seem to get it to work with balena os.

We had this raised sometime back on the balena-os github. Can you try the basic run as highlighted here - https://github.com/balena-os/balena-raspberrypi/issues/339#issuecomment-503565795

We can continue the same conversation there, to move to a permanent solution.
