Hi together,
im trying to use a new raspberrypi4-64 Image but it won’t connect to my operablena Instance:
I have ssh control over the device via local network

New device detected. Provisioning...
[error]   LogBackend: unexpected error: Error: getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN api.openbalena.de
[error]         at GetAddrInfoReqWrap.onlookup [as oncomplete] (dns.js:64:26)

Pinging from the supervisor to the api is successfull.
You have any ideas on this?

Hello,
Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, are you running openbalena.de locally or globally? You need to test whether you can resolve or access the that domain.
Running nslookup api.openbalena.de, it appears that it is being run locally since I get server can't find api.openbalena.de: NXDOMAIN
If that command resolves to an IP, how do you resolve the TLD and subdomain?
