Minimum system requirements

Hello,

I am looking into balenaOS for our custom hardware.
Is there a minimum system requirements to balenaOS and running docker containers? I think we’ll probably be running up to 5 containers with very light weight application. The RAM in our devices is 256Mb.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi there, I have just double-checked with the team and according to them it is quite unlikely that you can run balenaOS and 5 services with only 256MB of RAM. I think having 512MB of RAM is the bare minimum to get a reasonable experience without getting into issues all the time.
