Lot of issues on dashboard

Hello,

Since the morning of April 21st, we’ve noticed a lot of issues on the dashboard.
We use the latest dashboard suggested by the notification pop-up
The page isn’t loading.
The logs aren’t displaying.
When we try to restart any servcices we’ve been getting a lot of messages : We need to slow down your requests temporarily. Please wait a moment, we will process them.

Also,

Why don’t we have any information about Balena system issues?
We’ve encountered this problem several times, and it’s becoming increasingly troublesome.
The issue page displays a partial system outage but apparently no incident except that the dashboard in this specific case no longer works.

Hello @Firat thanks for your message! And apologizes for the experience.

There were some infrastructure updates happening on our side as part of planned adjustments. While the changes were intended to be mostly seamless with failovers, we did observe some unexpected spikiness and slowness, including 500s.
