London IoT meetup

Today’s another night in the London IoT meetup series, here’s the event’s page: https://www.meetup.com/iotlondon/events/235730963/

At all the events there are some short talks, as well as some demos. For example, the talks today:

  • Four years of Node-RED; where we’ve been and where we’re going. - Nicholas O’Leary, IBM (@knolleary)
  • The advent of IoT: 12 challenges not just for Christmas - Benedicte Ennis of thingk.io (@thingkio)
  • Four legs vaccine transportation and monitoring the cold chain. - by Sergio Abraham-Martinez, Intel (@inteliot)

Resin.io also sponsors this meetup, and been there for a long time, because we believe it’s a great place to connect up with what’s going on in the London IoT scene (a very quick moving environment for sure). :v:

See you there tonight, or hopefully one of the other meetups! :tada:

It was pretty good meetup yesterday, definitely inspired me to look at Node-RED more (they have interesting plans as well). There’s also the node-red-contrib-resinio pack to control the supervisor on a resin.io device, made by @curcuz

We’ll be bringing a table demo setup there, usually there’s quite a bit of discussion after the talks, always looking forward to that
