Hi Balena Team,
I’m trying to add a BeagleBone Black device to BalenaCloud, but it does not appear in the list of supported device types when adding a new device.
Is the BeagleBone Black still officially supported in BalenaCloud?
If yes, how can I manually add and provision the device?
I already have Balena Etcher and would be happy to flash the correct image if one is available.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello @JariBkry , the BeagleBone Black is an armv7hf architecture device, so you will only be able to add that device to a fleet with a “default device type” that is also that architecture, such as a Raspberry Pi (v1 / Zero / Zero W) or of course BeagleBone Black. What is the default device type for the fleet you are trying to add the device to? (Look for “Architecture” on the fleet summary page)

Hi Alan,
Thank you for the clarification.
The fleet I was trying to add the BeagleBone Black to was originally set up for a 64-bit architecture (arm64), which I now realize is not compatible with the armv7hf architecture of the BeagleBone Black.
I’ll go ahead and create a new fleet with the appropriate architecture (e.g., armv7hf) and try again.
Thanks again for your help!
