Intel nuc never comes up

ok got into it by ssh’ing into 22222. i can ping the outside so not sure why it can’t talk to resin.io.
please let me know what you would like to to check.

looks like resin_supervisor is running. i connected to that container and i can ping outside as well.
here is the log from that container.

Hi again,

To be honest, we are a bit unsure why your device is not provisioning. To be able to debug this further we need to get into the device which we can do by jumping through another device on the network. To enable us to do this, please can you:

  • Leave the NUC provisioned, powered up and connected to the network. PM the UUID if it has changed.
  • Leave an RPi, provisioned, powered up and connected to the same network. PM the UUID.

This will allow us to SSH into the RPi and from there, connect to the NUC to debug.

Either @flesler (19.00 - 22.00 UTC) or @brownjohnf (22.00 - 24.00 UTC) will be on support later on and should be able to help you
