Integrating Traefik reverse proxy with MING

Hi all,

I am integrating Traefik with the MING stack so we can access Node-Red, Grafana and other containerised services remotely via URL paths rather than needing various TCP ports to be open.

To do this cleanly with the existing Balena Node-Red block I need to make a change to allow configuration of the Node-Red webserver root path with an environment variable.

@mpous could you ask somebody to take a look at these PRs please and hopefully we can get them merged in so I can leverage the NodeRed block with some MING PRs?
