Install image to Original Drive

I am needing to dual boot on my PC, but I want to install an image on my original SSD, on a second partition. BalenaEtcher does not give me the option to choose the second partition.

Has anyone been able to successfully do this without overwriting the origianl OS?

BalenaEtcher is not a general purpose partition manager, but is specialized in creating boot media from images with as little room for error as possible.
Therefore, sorry, it’s not possible only flash a specific partition
