Install balenaHub app to fleet

I’m very new to balena (which I’m sure will be obvious) but I’m trying to install the application Anthias, which is published on balenaHub as anthias-pi4, to a fleet.
So right now, I have "Join"ed the Anthias listing, which presents me with an image to flash, which I did. The Pi4 boots with the balena splash for a while and I see network traffic. It eventually displayed the Anthias splash screen, cool! But, it never shows up in the balenaCloud, which makes sense because the balenaHub doesn’t have a login page (or at least I didn’t see one) so it doesn’t have a way to link to my account.

I don’t see a way to “push” or “install” anything from balenaHub to a fleet, either. Is that maybe because my fleet technically doesn’t have any devices attached yet?

balenaHub doesn’t have a login page (or at least I didn’t see one) so it doesn’t have a way to link to my account.

That is correct, we do not currently have a way to login or link your account with balenaHub

This is actually because the project you linked is a “Fleet for good”, which means that the creator of the fleet maintains the app releases running on it and any devices added to it are only visible to and maintainable by that fleet owner.

This is not because your fleet does not have any devices yet. For this you would use an App (see: balenaHub - IoT embedded device apps, edge computing resources, and developer tools). You can learn more about Apps here: Apps | balena

You could also push your own apps/projects to your fleet. If you do so, you can use Blocks (see: balenaHub - IoT embedded device apps, edge computing resources, and developer tools) created by the community as well to help make development of your own app easier.
