Inkyshot quick shutdown request.

As the Inkyshot text is often really small, I need the device to be portable to be able to read the display.
I therefore need to be able to unplug the whole thing from the power supply.
What’s the quickest way to shut inkyshot down?

Ideally, I’d like to do this via a quick ssh session using sudo shutdown now -h if possible, please?

Hey Richard, it’s safe to unplug devices running balenaOS.
