How to add my own custom board on my Fleets?

I have ported Balena engine and supervisor on my customized hardware device. How can I add this device to my fleets? Can I put the configuration file of my raspberry pi on my own device?

Thanks for your reply @mpous . My hardware is a custom hardware based NXP I.MX8 chip. We do not use yocto, we use debian, and we are integrating balena engine and supervisor to deban.
