Looking at the data sheet the mPCIe is USB connected only. I am not aware of any SSD which are connected over USB.

the mPCIe connector has its own sheet, called 08 - mPCIE

@alinnz from the link above, click on the balenaFin version you want to browse the schematics for, then look for sheet name in the bottom right of the pages - 08 - mPCIE0 is at page10
