Feature Request: Fluid line continuation in the logs window

This is a bit silly, but I hope it’s an easy one. When I use the logs pane for a particular device and go into “fullscreen” mode with it using the provided expand button, the line breaks stay in the same place as they were when the window was small. This also happens the other way around - line breaks on log messages that come in while the pane is expanded stay in the same place and the text gets cut off when I got back to the small pane mode.

With log messages of any reasonable length, this sort of defeats the purpose of the expand window button for any previous log messages. I would love some responsive design for that window and the terminal window. It would increase the usability of your cloud interface a lot!

For me worked fine as of now to be frank but yea thou crashes are common.

Hi there,

The logs should be resized together with the window now (that behavior has been in production for more than two months actually). There was a bug in the underlying terminal implementation that was since then fixed, so there should be no crashes when resizing. Cheers!

  • When receiving messages from Windows events many of the messages are broken up into multiple lines. What is the best way to remove line breaks from these messages so that they are all one line? shareit vidmate
