I’ve been using an EtcherPro for months … since yesterday, I’m enable to browse the source files from any sd-card / usb-drive
The file browser doesn’t display the devices - however they are properly detected and available as targets …
I’ve tried multiples sd-card / usb drives and also reformatted them…
It seems the automounting is not working … how can I access some logs files and/or reset it completely ?
It’s stucked there - it was displaying the auto-mounted devices before …
Any idea / help ?

Hello, just checking off some basics first before any deeper troubleshooting - are you placing the source files in the first (leftmost) slot? Does the slot’s blue (or any color) LED light when you put the source drive in the first slot? Have you power cycled the unit since the auto mounting has stopped working?

We’ve tried multiple slots including the left one (and again, everything worked fine for weeks and stopped suddently working)
We’ve also tried different devices (sd-card / usb drive) and also multiple file systems (vfat / ext3 / ext4)
And yes, also rebooted in between all these tests.
I’ve contacted the support team and the etcherpro will be replaced.
