ESR release for Raspberry Pi 5

Seems the Pi 5 has been supported for a while now. We’re running about 100 of them in production at the moment alongside our (much larger) Pi 4 fleet.

One thing that would make life easier is if there was an ESR release series for the Pi 5 like there is for the 3 and 4. That way we could use a common fleet OS upgrade strategy rather than having to upgrade the Pi 5 devices more frequently than the others.
