I’m working on converting a project from a manual linux installation to Balena, but I have no idea how to get my touchscreen working.

From what I can tell you shouldn’t need to do anything special to get the touchscreen working. Have you confirmed the screen works when using plain Raspbian? It would also be useful to know more information about your project? Is it an X11 GUI application or something custom?
@chrisys, I don’t remember if I had to do anything special. But I do know I had it working on Ubuntu on rpi. I have two of them, and unfortunately both SD cards died on me. Which is why I decided to try balena. I can flash another card to raspbian to see if I need to load a driver. As you can see from my other post, I’m working with the BalenaDash project.
