i have a device that was online until it’s disk filled up. now that this disk is full, balena cloud reports that it is online with vpn only, but the heartbeat is not received.
The host BalenaOS should reserve enough disk so that this cannot happen. GuestOS’s should not be able to bring the node down by filling up the disk.
My device UUID is e2e48d8c6892a995213ad27d04ffe000 and I have enabled it for access to Balena Support for 1 week.
Looks like your supervisor can’t start. You have 57GB storage, do you know why the storage is full? is this normal on your application?
Do you think you can delete some of the data stored on your device? You can purge data from the balenaCloud actions, or just clean /mnt/data or any folder where you think you can delete some of the data stored by your device.
