Device undervolt

My Rpi getting Device undervolt message on Balena dashboard and not connecting to cloud by Ethernet connection. But when connecting through Wifi connecting somewhat, but not satisfactory.

Please advise

Hello, does your power adapter provide at least 2.5A of current? (3 or 3.5 would be even better.) Some adapters actually provide 5.1 or 5.25 volts instead of 5 volts to make up for loss by the cord, which can help with under-volt warnings.
Do you have anything connected to the Pi that also uses its power like HATs, USB devices or GPIO items?

Hi,
I have changed the PS with RPi official powersupply, but still no change.
No devise connected to my Pi except RTL SDR

The Pi should be able to handle an RTL-SDR with no problem. Do you get an under-volt warning with the SDR removed?

It is getting same. Last week pi continuesly worked for 2 days and damaged, may be this the reason? but it has cooling fan and the climate is very cool now…

It seems like if you are getting an under volt warning on the Pi with no additional hardware plugged into it, the problem is either the Pi or the power adapter. Since you’ve replaced the adapter and are using an official one, that would point to an issue with the Pi. If the Pi is damaged, that could be a cause, it’s tough to say. Do you have this issue with any other Pis in your fleet? If not that also could point to a bad Pi.
