When I use cellular connection instead of ethernet connection, I often loose (every 5min or so) SSH connection in the Balena dashboard terminal. See the image below:
The “Last online” time value also resets 1-2 times per day even if I don’t restart the device/services. I don’t know if that’s a separate problem.
Is there something I can debug to get more detailed error log messages?
Hi, the “last online” value resets when the connection request to our server fails, indicating that the device network is lost. Since you have mentioned you are using cellular connection, it might be due to the flaky network that the terminal connection resets.
Okey then I should check the cellular connection quality.
I was thinking that there should be more information than “Connection error” on the SSH terminal, but maybe there isn’t? This happens more often than the last online reset.
